Starting with 2021 tax returns, the Climate Action Incentive, more commonly known as the Carbon Tax Rebate or Credit, will, unfortunately, no longer be refunded on the tax returns.  Rather, it will be paid in quarterly installments starting in July, similar to the way GST is paid.
